Built on a system of strategies that help strengthen social and emotional learning competencies and align with the CASEL standards or other SEL programs, multimodality and multi-sensory strategies, among a framework of comprehensive Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs); Mindiful is an evidence-based SEL solution. With values rooted in providing universal accessibility; Mindiful is for every kid.
From one week with five daily lesson units, to five months with one lesson unit each, small group, one-on-one, consistent check-ins over time, or simply at-home continued practice; our materials are here for you and may be utilized in a variety of different ways with many creative and practical applications.

Lesson Breakdown
Lessons are 15-20 min. each.
Five Lesson Units for optimal implementation flexibility -
Daily for 5 Days, Weekly for 5 Weeks, or Monthly for 5 Months.
Follow-up activities can be 10-15 min.
Individual app use - 5 min. as opted.
On-going use as a resource tool for counselors/teachers.
At-home resource for continued practice.
Intentional, Innovative, & Interactive Screen Time - Facilitating Togetherness and Open Dialogue.
