We are an extraordinary (and fun!) multi-modal, kids-first solution to proactively address the Children's Mental Health crisis by making Social Emotional Learning (SEL) accessible to every child.
Mindiful® supports families, educators, and clinicians through our SEL Adventure: FREE 5-Unit Easy Program (Breathe, Feel, Move, Relax, Think!) and helps transform "BIG emotions" into opportunities to learn and grow, together.

1. 🎬 Mindiful® Puppet Show (Immersive Edu-tainment Videos) uses engaging storytelling and educational fun through the Mindiful® Puppet Friends to convey Social Emotional Learning themes and lessons.
2. 📱Mindiful® App (Universally Accessible Software) is a proactive, innovative, enriching, and entertaining children's mental health software solution comprised of early-learning mental health exercises and insightful proprietary tools in an immersive storybook interface.
3. ✏️ Mindiful® Education Program (Evidence-based Comprehensive SEL Education System) is the supplemental educational program that works both independently and alongside the software solution Mindiful®. "Introduction to Mindiful®-ness," is a 5-Unit Easy Package (Breathe, Feel, Move, Relax, Think!) that we believe every child should have available to them for FREE.
